A: Any car. Light commercial or heavy goods vehicle.

5. Q: How much will I save every year ?
A: Depending on the make and model of vehicle at least 25%

6. Q: How do I pay for work done ?
A: You will be made aware of the cost up front, and pay autoserve at the agreed figure. No work is authorised without your permission.

7. Q: Can I use any garage ?
A: Autoserve have a nationwide network of approved garages and to benefit from discount terms and service levels these garages are the ones to use. All maintenance contract customers have to use the Autoserve approved network.

8. Q: Main dealer or Independent ?
A: Depending on the model of vehicle, our technical team will advise, but
generally independents are more cost effective

9. Q: What happens in the event of difficulties arising ?
A: All costing is vetted by Autoserve as is work carried out, so there will be no "rip-off's" on cost. If bad workmanship arises, Autoserve will deal with this problem for you.

10. Q: What type of garage is used ?
A: All service suppliers have a formal contract in place with Autoserve which specifies that all work be guaranteed as are any spare parts used plus discount terms and courtesy car availability (also guaranteed).

11. Q: What happens in the event of an accident ?
A: The 24hr service will deal with all aspects of the claim for you including your insurance company, a replacement vehicle personal injury claim and the repair to your vehicle.

A: All management information is available online regarding accident damage, service maintenance and vehicle rental.
